Delivery Policy and Rates

We make use of reputable couriers.

Your boxes should be delivered at the given address between 4-7 working days for all central cities from date of payment received. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days for remote locations.

Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating this.

*Please note our courier is scheduled for every Tuesday and Friday.

We charge a flat rate R95 delivery fee on all orders valued under R2000. Orders valued above R2000, qualify for free delivery to a South African address.

Payment Policy

We offer customers two ways to pay:

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Choose this option when checking out if you would like to make an EFT payment into our bank account. Bank account details will be provided on the order confirmation page and by email once the order has been placed. Please note that the order will not be shipped until funds have cleared in our account and you have emailed proof of payment to
  2. Pay online with your debit or credit card using Yoco – We have partnered with Yoco, one of South Africa’s leading and most innovative payment solutions. This means you can securely pay online for your order when checking out using your debit or credit card. To complete your purchase using Yoco, select the ‘Yoco – debit/credit card’ option on the checkout page. On the next page, click on the blue button that says ‘Enter Credit Card Details’ to pay for your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

The request to return a product will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of dispatching the product. Refunds will be made on return of the product to the company on condition the refund request is justified.

Refunds will be made into the account which made payment for the product.
